• 1. Acceptance of Terms▾

  By accessing or using the website and services operated by Marbury Court Reporting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• 2. Description of Services▾

  Marbury Court Reporting provides court reporting and litigation support services, including stenography, realtime reporting, legal videography, remote depositions, certified transcripts, and secure transcript repository access, as described on this website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
• 3. Scheduling, Fees & Billing▾

  Deposition coverage is arranged by request and confirmed in writing. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and vary by service, page volume, and turnaround. Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice. Expedited, daily, and after-hours services may carry additional charges disclosed before the job. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a written agreement.
• 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling▾

  Depositions may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting your coordinator. Cancellations made on short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee that covers reporter and videographer reservations, which we disclose at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to reassign the same team when a matter is rescheduled.
• 5. Intellectual Property & Your Content▾

  Materials you submit in connection with a matter, including exhibits and case information, remain your property. You grant Marbury Court Reporting a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services. The website design, underlying technology, and our proprietary materials remain the property of Marbury Court Reporting and its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• 6. Confidentiality▾

  We treat the contents of depositions, transcripts, exhibits, and repository access as confidential and limit access to authorized personnel and the permissioned users you designate. We follow reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to sensitive legal materials.
• 7. Limitation of Liability▾

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbury Court Reporting and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 8. Governing Law▾

  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
